As the markets we operate in continually change, we embrace a culture of continuous development that runs across the entire firm. The Training Department is responsible for the ongoing provision of specialist, tailored training to all employees. We run a wide variety of dedicated training to constantly improve our talent within each of the functions:
Induction Training
Our comprehensive induction program will introduce you to key members of staff throughout the company. You will have the opportunity to liaise with colleagues and peers.
The induction training covers the complete history of Ample from its foundation in 1996. You will have an opportunity to learn about how the company is structured and who our key clients and customers are. Further to this, you will be introduced to the diversity of business units and functions within our organization and learn about the intricacies of your role and responsibilities.
Product / Domain Training
Product / Domain training is provided on the basis of individual needs, from a set of specialist modules. The training material is developed almost exclusively in-house to cater for the demands of both new and experienced staff and to help build the expertise in the product.
Sales Training
Ample offers a wide range of training programs for the sales teams. During your first week at Ample, you will be trained on Ample sales methodologies and skills to develop your selling technique. This training will be backed up by individual follow-up and coaching sessions.
Account Managers can develop their skills further through courses, which reveal how to fully penetrate and manage their major accounts.
Customer Service Training
To be the best in the business, it means that we have to consistently deliver the best. To do that we have to build high levels of knowledge and understanding of the Businesses we serve and combine it with a consistent quality of Service, which always meets and frequently exceeds Client expectations.
Management Training
A range of courses is also offered to managers to develop their skills in effective people management. These courses support the key areas of managing the task, team and the individual with a view to understanding how to motivate, improve performance and increase productivity. They also provide managers with an opportunity to focus on and develop specific skills such as interview skills and performance management.
